Getting Fit

I got a free stationary bicycle and I have started riding it 2-3 times a day for 15-30 minutes at a time. I have a long way to go to get fit, but I have every faith I can do it. :)

I also plan on running, but I don't really know where to go. I think I'll contact my uncle about that. He's a really fit person so he may know. I need to be able to run 2 miles in 13 minutes, among other things like memorizing stuff and doing sit-ups and push-ups.
