Cravings

This is ridiculous. All I can think about is bread and sweets. And I don't even usually like sweets that much. I've been thinking about going to phase 2, but it's really hard to justify it when I'm losing about a pound a day on phase 1. I don't know what I should do to stop the cravings, but I'm sure as hell not going to eat something I'm not supposed to. I've decided this time I'm going to concentrate ALL of my stubbornness to not cheating on this. And dammit, I'm going to do it right! GRRR!!!!
